Here’s what the rising actor had to share exclusively with JustJared.com: On his character going gay on 90210: “It was cool when they came to me with it, I was honored, flattered that they thought I could take on something like this and handle it in the way it’s being written and what we shot so far is done very, very smart, very intelligent. It’s really going to deal with his inner turmoil, the battle, and the struggles for self acceptance that I don’t think gets addressed enough.” On his female fans being heartbroken: “It’s not an immediate thing and it’s not a cut and dry situation; there’s going to be a gray area, a transition.” On Proposition 8 getting overturned: “I think it’s great that they are going back and revisiting it. | Michael Douglas to Undergo Treatment for Throat Tumor Posted: 16 Aug 2010 01:20 PM PDT  Doctors have discovered a tumor in Michael Douglas’s throat and are planning to treat it over the next few months. The 65-year-old Wall Street actor will undergo radiation and chemotherapy to treat the tumor, and doctors expect the Oscar winner to recover fully, his person tells People. “I am very optimistic,” Michael said in a brief statement. Sony announced in a press release today that the actress, who’s the younger sister of Kate Mara, will play Lisbeth Salander and star opposite Daniel Craig in the American adaptation of the film series. Shooting begins next month in Sweden! Rooney appeared in Youth in Revolt and the 2010 remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street - she’ll also hit the screen this fall in The Social Network. Director David Fincher went on a hunt all through Hollywood to find the perfect girl for the role, considering high profile actresses but ended up choosing Rooney, who he’d worked with on The Social Network! Last night (August 15), Jessica, 23, showed up to the Breakthrough Of The Year Awards sans Dustin, 25. Also yesterday, Dustin spilled the beans that he’s once again a single man! When asked if he has a lady, Dustin told ET Canada, “I, being a bachelor in Hollywood, have always tried to maintain that it would be silly for me to get tied down, just silly. So I am always keeping my options open. I am working with a lot of beautiful, talented, smart actresses all the time, so there is definitely a lot of options out there right?” Sounds like these two are back on the market!
